Sufficient work is available each week with Safety of Operations and Customer Satisfaction our top priorities. Operators are required to stay within the limits of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations at all times, and must always comply with the Hours of Service Regulations. No operator is allowed or forced to work if they are tired, regardless how many hours they may have available by regulation.
No, but every tractor must be reliable as well as able to pass a DOT Inspection, with no visible body damage. Reliability of delivery is critical for our customers.
All drivers will be given U.S. Cryo Carriers PPE that must be worn during loading and unloading. Our drivers are the face of the organization and are expected to be clean, neat, and professional at all times.
We will reimburse all authorized tolls and scales fees.
We get the base plates and permits for you, and spread their cost over the year through monthly settlement deductions so that the cost is not a burden.
Operators are not forced on any dispatch to any area in which they do not feel comfortable driving.
All independent contractors/owner-operators must carry occupational accident insurance, non-trucking use (bobtail) insurance. Both can be purchased through the company’s insurers. Physical damage and medical insurance, both individual and family coverage, is also available.

We keep our equipment in excellent operating condition in order to ensure reliability of delivery. When an item needs repair or maintenance we have proactive maintenance program that strives to keep all equipment available for service.
